1. Service Cancellation Policy

a. Monthly Services / Subscriptions

Clients may cancel monthly services at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. If notice is given after this period, the cancellation will take effect in the following billing cycle.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected].

  • Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

b. One-Time Services

For one-time campaigns or projects (e.g., strategy development, ad setup), cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not yet started.

  • If work has already commenced, only a partial refund (based on work completed) may be considered at our discretion.


2. Refund Policy

At SMM Crystal, we are committed to providing quality services. However, due to the nature of digital marketing and the time invested by our team, we offer limited refunds under the following conditions:

a. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Service was not delivered as promised

  • Duplicate or accidental payment

  • Cancellation within the permitted window (see above)

b. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations or results not guaranteed

  • Late cancellation or no-show

  • Services already rendered (e.g., campaign launched, posts published, content delivered)

c. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us first to attempt a resolution. We are happy to work with you to improve outcomes or address concerns before escalating to a formal refund.
